Gym Rules

Club Rules and Guidelines

Compliance with rules and conduct of member: Member agrees to be subject to the guidance of the club staff while on the premises and will follow instructions of club personnel. Member agrees to obey all rules and conditions of membership in this contract or in the future prescribed by the club, and the club reserves the right to revoke or terminate the membership if the member fails to keep and obey any of such rules and conditions.

  1. Emergency: In case of a medical emergency, DIAL 911.
  2. Non-staff: The gym club is not staffed. Please use caution when exercising.
  3. Members only: You must be a member of the gym to enter and use the facility. This is not a gathering area for groups of people or friends. All members must be at least 18 years of age.
  4. Guests Privilege: Members are allowed to bring in up to 2 guests per day. Each guest must pay $10 fee and sign a “waiver of liability”.  Any non-complying members will have their membership revoked.
  5. Equipment malfunctions: Members understand the equipment may, from time to time, be out of order. When proprietary factory parts must be ordered, some units may be out of order for several weeks. When this occurs, the member agrees to follow a regulated substitute program.
  6. Damage to facilities: Member agrees to pay an extra charge for damage arising from any careless use of equipment, or dropping of weights, etc. caused by member.
  7. Personal property: The club, its owners, and the agents, and employees of both shall not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen articles of clothing or any other personal property of any member. Report all lost items to the gym owner.
  8. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the club. No food or drink is allowed in exercise areas except bottled water.
  9. Drugs & Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages, or illicit drugs, including anabolic steroids, are allowed on the premises of the club.
  10. Housekeeping: Weight plates must be put back on the weight racks after use. DO NOT lean the weight plates against the wall or lay them on the floor. Throw away your trash.
  11. Respect all members and neighbors of the gym club. The gym club offers a non-threatening environment to get healthier. We discourage dropping weights, emotional outbursts, and loud grunting while working out. Please respect others who are trying to exercise.
  12. Lockers are available for use while visiting our facility. However, locks will not be provided. If you bring your own lock, you must remove it before you leave. If a member’s lock is left on a locker after the member has left the club, the lock will be subject to removal, and Iron MVMT will not be obligated to replace the lock. 
  13. KISI App is not to be shared with anyone other than the registered member. 
  14. Circuit training: Do not monopolize the weights/strength training equipment. When doing circuit training you may not reserve all the equipment in your circuit at one time. Share the equipment if people are waiting.
  15. Personal training: The act of personal training/strength coaching is prohibited without the gym club's approval and signed agreement of liability. 
  16. Entrance and exit of the facility must be through the designated main entrance and exit. Use of alarmed doors in non-emergency situations is subject to termination of gym membership.
  17. Proper gym attire and athletic footwear must be worn at all times. Shirtless and shoeless training is prohibited.  
  18. Rules, regulations, and facilities are subject to change without notice

NOTE: Violation of these facility rules may result in loss/suspension of your membership without refund and additional charges when warranted.
